My 2 accounts were hacked (( by my son`s friend but i can not prove it )) and the password were changed twice, but the hacker was able to get the new passwords.
The third time, I opened two new email accounts and the linked the old ones to them, bet the hacker got the information about them to and was able to change all my information and the emails to retrieve my passwords.
The recovery system does not work since I can not get the link to reset the passwords and I do not know what information he changed for verification.
I keep getting this message every time I try to recover my account and I do not understand what does it mean:
Because you've turned on two-step verification for your account, we ignore these requests but
wanted to let you know
I need help to retrieve my accounts
