My hotmail account has been hacked into and I can't successfully fill out the survey! I've entered several times the last email I sent from the account as well as passwords and it still wasn't enough to work. I don't want to set up another email account, i've had this almost 10 years!!

I've tried resetting the password on the account, having a security code sent out to my mobile device and it still doesn't work.

The account in question isn't the one i'm currently on, I use this as a social email. The other account contains emails for job offers and I REALLY need to get into it to see.

Any help on the matter would be greatly appreciated!
