I created an outlook.com account a little over a year ago.  I haven't used it since.  I went to sign in today and it wouldn't accept my password.  I tried the password recovery and it says the account doesn't exist.  I tried to recreate the account and it says the account is already taken.  I also sent a test email to the account and I get a bounce back, so I don't think anyone else has the account.  How can I reclaim my account?  If someone can private message me I will provide the account name so it can be investigated further.
