Around a week ago my account was hacked, along with my facebook and twitter. I only managed to regain control via filling in a questionnaire, the last barrier of assistance, which eventually send an email to my partner. The reason for regaining control and why it was so difficult, is that the hacker and changed all my security information. Meaning i couldnt make use of texting myself a code and the info isnt mine. I cant cancel the updates either because of the phone issue. I've been hacked 10+ times now and even beefed up security on all the sites I use and even bought internet anitvirus but its not working. Mocrosoft has proved useless in helping me so far, so any advice would be very very welcome.
