A few hours after checking some emails in my account, I discovered my account was temporarily block due to suspected reasons. I went through the FAQ and tried resetting my password through a back up account but the email mentioned my account was blocked. I have no choice but to fill out the Outlook Verification Form to attempt to unblock. This itself poses a problem for me as I rarely send emails out nor create additional folders. As a result, I cannot fill out a lot of the information boxes the verification form requires. This email is very important to me as it possesses sensitive and personal information that I cannot afford to lose. Support mentioned I have to wait at least a day to get an answer but reading through the other topics, all I saw were copy/paste replies. Is there a support service where I can actively engage to hasten the process?
