i am having trouble verifying my account. i have tried getting the phone through both phone and email. i have changed my password using the reset link multiple times and have used multiple web browsers and devices. it will not allow me to verify using the email but does send the password reset also my it will  not send the message to my cell phone. what other ways can i verify or get passt this. also if i cant is there a way to cancel my xbox live subcription without accessing the account.
