Original title: THIS IS STUPID! BLOCKED ACCOUNT STRIKES AGAIN!
i have been blocked after resting my computer to factory settings what is silly and i sent a message to your new search engine and its pretty much useless because its just been saying the same thing on this about answering that survey! i tried 3 times and it had not worked
this is what i said
i really need my other main email account back, my alternative email address is my own address so i cant even get into it to get my own account to get the code also my numbers are all wrong and unknown to me, so is the any way i can be able to get these back. i also paid for xbox live on my account (EA ReVeNgE x) and it was a year contract and i cant even use it now. i tried the question recovery but i was not recognised and i need to wait another 24 hours. is there a way i could get any staff to unblock my accountthanks, Nial Waldron

i don't really find this personal help as your just saying the same thing to every one els and as you can see its not really working.
please come up with a solution to this as my account is still locked and i pritty much need it as it has job info and cv's
