my email *** Email address is removed for privacy *** has been hacked i can not recover this through the recovery process as they have changed the recovery email and i have had no joy through the recovery form which i have filled out many times with all of the info i can remember including all folder names , but this seems to not be enough, i need this email as i have had it since i was around 12 yrs old and it has alot of my travel information on this likes visa's etc and also work documents and resume's, can someone please help as it now says they reccomend me to open a new microsoft account which i have done but i really need my old one back
