My hotmail account has been hacked and I can't verify my account. I created the account several years ago and I have never used it to send emails for . The problem is that it is the email which is linked to my accounts for various social network sites and I can no longer log in to these websites. I filled out the verification form with all of my personal details, but since i do not use the account to send emails i could not fill out the recently sent emails or folders created sections. I was then sent an email saying i did not include enough information. This means i cannot access my account and it is in the hands of the hacker.

Is there some way i can speak to a Microsoft employee who can help me regain access to my own account, instead of having to fill out a questionnaire?
