See this page: My Outlook.com account has been hacked

I had been on Vacation having a great time to come home and find out that my email has been hacked and I have no access to it whatsoever.  I have tried to validate it so many times and now they want me to just open a new account well that doesn't solve my problem at all.  What are the chances that this email will be hacked as soon as I have added a few really important emails.  I NEED the emails on my old account and It is ridiculous that no matter how full I make the validation it simply wont verify obviously something is wrong and I NEED help there are so many things I have in that email please help me get back in so that I can transfer the things I need.  Please, please, please I am so lost at this point.
