My account has been recently hacked, has been getting hacked a lot here recently which I would recover my password. I recently went to check my email on my iPhone and got the pop up message i've gotten numerous times saying password incorrect. Ensuring me my account has been hacked yet again. Well, when I got home from work to recover the password again, it says my email I was using to recover it was removed. It does not give me the option anymore. Before it was hacked, I recently changed my mobile phone number from my old number to my new one, so the only option it gives me is to send a code to my OLD PHONE NUMBER. Which is NOT very helpful seeing how I don't have that number anymore. I submitted a claim and got a response saying there was not enough information to verify the account was mine. Which I know is not true. The account that was hacked is linked to my bank account, school, job, etc. I would rather talk with someone over the phone rather than being thrown to different links that do not help me what so ever. Is there a contact support number to where I can actually talk to a person? rather than online, I would really like some person to help me so my bank account is not drained etc.
