Received a message stipulating (Someone else has been trying to use your account etc etc)
Now, the domain name listed for password retrieval isn't working, Microsoft is saying that the account does not exist.
So I try to use a 1 time text code password. My phone gets the text, and I enter it and successfully change my password.
I log in with the new password, and again I get the same message that someone may be using my account.
I tried the other method and filled out a form even detailing what was in the message, who it was sent to and what day.
I receive message back that you were unable to verify ownership. Quite perplexing.
I have valuable emails on that account, and the loss of it has me quite anxious. Between the sync problems as of late, and now this I'm wondering if the problems go hand in hand.
