IT HAS NOW 5 WEEKS FORMS HAVE BEEN FILLED IN, I HAVE THE SAME CELL FOR ANOTHER ACCOUNT WITH WINDOWS LIVE THEY COULD USE THIS ONE TO TEXT ME THE CODE BUT WE'RE DEALING WITH ROBOTS WHO SEND THE SAME FORMS OVER AND OVER WITHOUT ANY CONSIDERATION FOR THE USER FRUSTRATION.,

I NEED A CODE TO SET UP A NEW PASSWORD AND CAN SUPPLY MY CELL # BUT I DIDN'T HAVE A CELL WHEN I OPENED THE BLOCKED ACCOUNT WHAT TO DO???
