My account has been blocked as ‘Someone else may be using it’

I've tried several times to go through the validation form process but have failed on each occasion and most recently received an email from 'Jon' advising I come on here to as the question.

The account in question is my *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I can't get the verification sent via email as the address setup as a secondary no longer exists.

I really need access back into my emails as I am waiting on a number of important messages and it is also linked to my Kwahzee88 Xbox Live account.

I couldn't even log on here with it and have had to use my backup account to post this question.

Any help would be greatly received
