My old hotmail account (linked to this one) has been blocked.  I don't believe that there is a hacker in my account.  I used to use the linked hotmail accounts so it has been a while since I've had to log into my account using the password, and I couldn't remember it yesterday and got locked out. 

I've tried to do the questionnaire again but I can't provide sufficient information.  The main reason for this is that I haven't sent an email from this account for many years and so I can't provide information on recent contact addresses / email subjects.  I set the account up in around 1998 and used it mainly up until 2002, since then it has been pretty dormant except for mailing lists.  I have kept the account open because it has old emails in it that I'd like to keep.  I can provide details about the emails I sent in the past - the locations and the people I sent them to?  I can also provide information on the types of mailing newsletters I get sent to the email address, if that can authenticate my identity.  

Can you let me know if there's anything else I can do to prove my identity and that this is my account?  It is really important to me to get this address reinstated as I want to keep these old emails.
