I notice that the timing of music and video differs when I view the video from the begging to whatever desired clip and when I start watching that desired clip by clicking on it and start watching the video in the middle. Why does it do this? (Note: The timing isn't huge difference less than .5 second, but for what I am doing it matters.) Can anybody offer a solution that would fix these syncing issues?

If you didn't understand above:

 - Watching video from begging gives correct sync time for all clips. How do I know this? ---> Uploaded to youtube

 - Watching a video from the middle gives incorrect music/video sync.

 - (Not necessarily on all clips, I have not done extensive testing and do not know how consistent this potential bug is).
