This is complicated! I've a new Lumia 520 and set up my Windows account to get games and apps etc. I needed to get a Parent account so signed my mum up too, but we forgot her password. Now she cannot get a new password sent to her, she has tried the questionnaire to get a new one sent but as its a new email account cannot give enough information. HELP!!!!  We can't set up Family until this problem resolves.
