1. That is a problem I am experiencing. I went into mail settings selected a font and size and saved it. When I start to type it might stay the same saved settings for 1 paragraph then change font and size. Most frustrating is, I go back highlight it click on proper font and size it will not change? This happens 8 out of 10 emails.
2. When I open outlook to go over emails, I'm able to work with 5 messages. Then the system acts like it is frozen, I go to the next email and it will not let me click the box to open it. I found if I click reply, it opens so I can go down and look at that email. I have tried to refresh the page to no avail. I can go in and open the calendar, or contacts just to waste time but it takes about 5 minutes before I can return to the email and have it function properly. I will reply, send or delete 5 messages and I am back in the same boat of having to wait for it to do what ever happens.
3. When I try to clip an attachment from my docs or sky drive, I get an error message that Internet Explorer is experiencing an problem, it will not move the attachment to the email and shuts down the page.
If there is an answer, pls make it in very very simple terms. I am not real computer savvy so things must be in steps. Don't assume I would know to do something between a step because I don't.
I have Windows 7, Dell, lots of storage, run scans frequently and do back-ups.
These issues have gone on since Outlook showed up on the machine one day.
