I attempted to age verify my sons account.  It told me the service was unavailable and to retry.  It never worked. However 10 minutes later it sent me receipts for multiple charges.  There is no avenue for support. It seems Microsift can charge your credit card at will and hide behind a fortress.  It's maddening.
