MSN_Mail.msnbak files to my Windows Live Mail or Outlook 2013 as folders in the left pane? How do I do that to allow Outlook to read e-mail files?

I have numerous folders with saved email in my msn explorer mail account on my windows 7 computer.  I have copied these MSN_Mail.msnbak files to my Windows 8.1 computer.  How can I import them into Windows Live Mail or Outlook 2013 as folders in the left pane?
