MSN logon ok, Outlook declares problem with my account. Other Hotmail users ok on this PC!

Today my Outlook stopped working. That was shortly after I sent a complaint email to Experian for shoddy handling of a simple matter. Unrelated? I hope so. Any other account freezes today?
