ON signing in to retrieve my e mails 5 days ago got message saying ''someone else may be using your account...etc etc

I followed instructions and filled in a verification form and sent.....it tells you that they will respond within 48 hours.

It is 4 days and nothing....cannot access my e mails ?   crisis...where do I go now
