I am new to using Community help.. I have read others having the same issue, but I need access to whatever link or answers that might help resolve mine. I have an MSN.com account that was a hotmail account and is working fine as an "Outlook" account, but my other account ending in q.com, will only send, but not receive email.   I sent tests email to my gmail.com acct and it received them, and tried replying to it, but the q.com is just not receiving email.
