On August 15 I received connection errors on both my PC which is running Outlook 2013 and my Windows 8 phone and was unable to send or receive mail from my Hotmail.com address. I logged in via IE to Outlook.com and there was a notice page stating that they were having server issues and were working to restore ASAP.  The next day I was able to connect for a very short amount of time until 7:30 AM EDT and then not again ever since.  I am now able to access mail only via IE and still get a Unable to Connect error from both Outlook 2013 and my phone.  PLEASE HELP!!!  I also have another account that is a live.com account and have not had any issues with it.
