K Predator03 my gamer tag for xbox live.

I cannot access my account due to the new update and you have to type in email password for my old MSA. That MSA is blocked due to lots of spam getting into that email and sending it out as well. I do not have any access to that account because when I go to account recovery the information is used on that email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***) was created when I was 11 years old. So i do not have enough information to get it recovered. I am very frustrated and annoyed by this. Any help would be appreciated.
