I am having a problem with Outlook, specifically my sent file folder.  Recently, when I open (double click) some sent emails the following fields are all editable: To, From, Subject and Attachment.  These fields are not greyed out and I have confirmed that the em was received by all recipients.  The send button is also enabled and appears similar to BEFORE you send.

Any idea as to what could be causing this?
