Hi - Help Please ! - I 'manage' my own domain through MS Live Admin Center - One of my created users/outook.com accounts has NO access ; it is not a password issue ; MS seems to NOT recognize the created user ; how can this be fixed?

As I am migrating previous emails I need to retain and use the user email address (which is currently not being recognized) ?!?

All other created users/outlook.com accounts within the same domain are fine ; it is just 1 particular created account

# Just noticed that when i go to 'edit' the created user in the Live Admin Center that it shows the following info

Created: Wednesday, December 01, 2010
Mail status: Enabled
Inbox active: No

(All the other users/email accounts I created today show todays date ; this is the only one showing a previous date) ?!?

Hence how to get this Mail user active ?
