my users get mail from Oracle Work flow (HTML format ) notification with reply / reply all /forward / reject button. when they click on any of the button , another mail box (compose ) with some contents will come up and user need to just send for required action in oracle ERP apps server.

it was working in Windows / Mac OS outlook earlier and after upgrading to mervirk , when user click on any button , safari applications pop up.

look like some default applications settings chnages , 

any one have any clue / can help
