I have been using MS Office/Outlook for Mac 2011 for over 12 months now with no issues, however, in the last 2 weeks, every time i open Outlook on my Mac, I am being asked for the email account password for each of the 4 accounts I have added, and every time I send an email.  On other occasions, I get pop ups advising that the log in information was incorrect (it isn't) and that there have been too many simultaneous logins.  I am at a loss, I have tried everything I can.  Any ideas?
