In response to the recent email suggesting WLM 2012 users move to Outlook because of planned changes, I've been trying to move my local WLM 2012 files to my Outlook (MSN) account. I'm using Win 10.

Following Microsoft's instructions, I created a folder on my WLM 2012 MSN account and move messages into it. In the Outlook App, the new folder appears but it is empty. I click on the sync icon and I get no messages only the message "We didn't find anything to show here".

Any suggestions?
