I have Microsoft Outlook for Mac 2011 version 14.2.0.
When I right click on a message in my inbox and move it to a folder it disappears from the inbox but does not reappear in the folder. I have scanned the internet to try to find a solution but without success . Some of the solutions suggested do not tally with the Outlook for Mac version e.g. go to file on the ribbon and clear filters.There is no "File" on the ribbon bar in Outlook for Mac and the "File " tab at the top has no equivalent sub tabs. I have tried clearing the filters under the "View" tab , "Filters" ,"Clear all filters" but without success.
