Moving email from other email providers to outlook.com

I am trying to move all my emails from google apps (organisational) email to my (personal) outlook.com email. I have followed the instructions as in http://windows.microsoft.com/en-MY/windows/outlook/other-email-accounts. 

Yet, I can't seem to 'add a send-and-receive' account' in my outlook.com. I keep getting a 'There's a problem connecting to the POP3 mail server.’

Please let me know how I can do this successfully.

p/s: I am also trying to transfer my emails from office365 to outlook.com
