i want a solution for this error

HEADING---"MovieMaker.exe-Entry Point Not Found"

description--"The procedure entry point MFTranscodeGetAudioOutputAvailableTypes could not be located in the dynamic link library C:Program Files(x86)Windows LivePhoto GalleryMovieMakerCore.dll."

I tried sfc /scannow in cmd...........didn't work........i mean it showed there is no corrupt or missing file.....(Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations)

I tried Repairing microsoft live essentials...........didn't work

Please give me solution for this annoying error!!
