Have been working on a video project, that runs smooth until I save it as a video file. Once saved, there were 3 spots with "skips" or "glitches".  These spots ran smoothly on the camera file as well as on movie maker and didn't have the problem until after saved.

I re-saved the project, and those "skips" were gone, but there were 2 others in different parts of the video.

Any thoughts on why this is happening and how to fix it?
