I've completed three videos, uploaded to YouTube with no problem. I imported a new video today to edit.  I'm able to watch the entire video in the preview screen. But the storyboard shows the first image repeated in all frames making it impossible to edit. The audio works in the story board.  only the video is compromised..

I've tried: repairing, removing and reinstalling Windows Essentials 2012.  Please can anyone help with this? thx
