I have taken several videos files with a canon 600D which have the file type .mov. I can import them and they are saved in the gallery. If I click on a file in the gallery it plays. However, if I "add" a video file to Movie maker a one initial fame appears followed by a number of greyed out frames to the full length of the video. When I attempt to run the video the screen to the left remains blank for the full time and without sound. I am running the latest update of 8.1 and Movie Maker
