Each time I try to download Movie Maker/Windows Essentials on my Windows 7, 32 bit, when it gets to around 60% loaded it breaks off telling me there is a problem and retracts the download to zero. Then tells me the fault 0x80040609.  Investigations tell me to uninstall windows essentials fully which now shows up in my programmes (which didn't before my attempt download it) When I try to uninstall it stops half way through the uninstall and tells me it cannot fully uninstall the messenger with a fault 0x80070643.

I am running round in circles with it at the moment, any advice please? Or should I just buy another movie maker?
