I use to be able to run Movie Maker, don't remember what version. I have several movies created with Movie Mkaer but canot use it now.  I have tried Drivers and Update with no success. Thier must be something I am missing out on.  Tried to find the D3d11. file that MS mentions but have not found it to download. Here is my machine stats:
