I followed the links that were supplied automatically with similar questions and their replies.  The first one sent me to a site other than Microsoft that wanted me to pay $49.99 for repairs, and the second and third took me to a site where I could download a link for my PC where I could download videos.  Neither would solve my issue.  Is there an update or upgrade for this program?  If so, I understand that it is hard to find to install once downloaded.  Please help.
