i have recently received this laptop without Windows Live Movie Maker and so i downloaded it myself. i downloaded Windows Live Essentials 2012 however movie maker stops responding whenever i attempt to "Add videos or photos" to my movie. I have tried all of the compatibility options and every one has failed. i have also, uninstalled and reinstalled, troubleshooted, restarted my computer, repaired Windows essentials AND searched for what to do on the internet and yet it still refuses to work. My sister also has windows 8 and it has never been a problem for her. I was wonering if it may be something to do with the videos i am trying to insert. They are MOV. files and are set to open with windows 8 videos? please get back to me ASAP? Thankyou and Kind Regards
