So I have started a youtube and it was going well until I noticed that I was haveing problems with my my videos having a big black outline.  I tried the yt:stretch 16:9 and it didn't work and so I went on Windows Movie maker and I was planning to change it there but I can not find the tool category to get to options.  I then tried to change my settings from my control panel and I couldn't find it there.  I need to change my resolution to 16:9 but I can not find where to change it at.  Please note I am learning how to completely learn how to use movie maker.  Please help!
