So I've looked through the posts and found nothing on this

I've been working on a project and saved it. I closed out, now when I open Movie Maker again and load the project I saved, it starts loading up the videos and I can play them, but within seconds the whole project has the yellow warning icons and it says the file may be corrupt or in an unknown format for every clip. I did not move this files, change their extension, anything that would cause this error.

I tried loading up a project I recently finished and published and that one gets the same error as well. How can I fix this?
