When I hit the 'play' button to watch a video within Movie Maker, it seems to trip the sound driver on my laptop. There is no sound, not even on other players such as Windows Media Player with other songs, and there is no with headphones either. It completely mutes my laptop. I usually hear a little fizzle sound near the laptop speakers before the sound goes bust. When I checked the drivers for the sound, it says that the device is working properly. The audio settings are fine (not on mute), and the audio appears to be playing, it just can't be heard.

I'm using a Samsung Ultrabook NP900X3E.

The video is just a minute-long: a series of photos with a song included.

Advice for dealing with this problem will be appreciated! Thanks in advance.
