Every time I open Movie Maker, it opens, but then it stops responding and won't start and load.  I can't use it and it used to work great before, but now it isn't.  It's compatible with my Windows 8.1 laptop, so I doubt it's a compatibility problem either.

It loads like this... (Photo Above)  But then it does this... (Photo Below) And it stays like that.

Please help! I use Movie Maker a lot, and enjoy using it, but now it no longer works.
