Hi, I Recently downloaded windows essentials. When I start movie maker, it loads just fine until I try to load a video clip from my computer. All I get is a message that "Movie Maker has stopped working, the program will now close." and that's it. I have reinstalled windows essential, installed movie maker by itself and ran repair, all to no avail. I get the same message. I am running window 8.1 and all of my drivers are updated. Can you help?
