Hi I am using Moviemaker 2012 and have a problem where when I try  split a longish piece of video (in this case it is it is a recording from an ps3/Xbox 360 game), The first time I slit it works fine, but when I try and slit it further, I lose all of the footage...   I can get it back by using the undo button, but it keeps doing the same thing.

Is there a fix for this or can you tell me what I am doing wrong.
