I open the movie maker before and could take snapshots. But for some reason it isn't working today. The web cam won't even turn on anymore, the video is still working but not the snapshot feature. What happened to it? Can restore or get updates to turn it back on? Other ways to turn it back on. Already try to restore a previous version, doesn't work.
