When I try to import video from my HDV camera, I'm getting a message saying the camera is being used by another device, but I know it isn't. Just to make sure I restarted the computer and I'm still getting the same message. I'm tying to import using a fire wire card that I put into the computer myself (if this makes any difference??)any suggestions from anyone please?
