Win7 upgraded to win10, 64 bit V10.0 build 10586, directX10.1 video accelerator, amd ati radeon hd 4200 upgraded  driver  8.970.100.9001, all is upgraded as per dxdiag  run program.

Saved movie to computer is flickering and randomly blinking white pixels all over the screen.

At movie maker preview is good video,  raw video is good played with media player, vlc player and hp player.

Has anyone have this kind of problem and solved? Share me your experiences to figure out where is wrong.
