I used Powerpoint 2007 to set up one blank slide, download a Movie Maker video Onto the slide, then loop it to obtain a continuously running, free-standing presentation of the video.  I had to first save the Movie Maker video to a Windows Media Audio/Video (.wmv) file format.

If this is not old news, I hope it is helpful for folks to easily loop a Movie Maker video.
